Intuitively pick one of the cards and take the time to read it carefully. Get the right oil, put it in your hands and smell it. Keep the impulse card handy in a place where you can refer to and read it again and again. Hang them up, put them next to your diffuser or on your calendar.
You can also draw two or three cards and create your very own diffuser scent. Read the words carefully and let them sink in. If you draw an oil card that you don't already have, it is an impulse to order it
