Shipping

Oilbuddys currently only delivers to German and Austrian delivery addresses.

Shipping is free for you for orders of €60 or more within Germany. If the value of the goods is less than €60, €4.99 will be charged at checkout.

Shipping to Austria is €15.

After receipt of your payment, your order will be sent to the address you provided as quickly as possible. The shipping time for your package is up to 7 working days.

When you receive the package, please check whether your goods are damaged and have the courier confirm any damage. This allows us to arrange a hassle-free refund or reshipment to you.
